Grigory SEREDIN

Born in 1992 in Kazakhstan. In 1997 the Seredins family moved to the Chelyabinsk region. He started his musical education at the age of 7 (L. Smirnov’s class). In 2003 he continued his studies at the Music School of Yuzhnouralsk (Yu. Horev’s class). During the years of schooling Grigory won many regional, national and international competitions (Chelyabinsk, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Bulgaria).

                In 2007 he became a student at the College of the Magnitogorsk State Conservatory named after Glinka, class of Professor E. Mushkin. In 2010 he graduated from the college one year ahead of schedule. During these 3 years, Grigory became the winner of international competitions - "F.Lips’ Cup" (2008, Chelyabinsk), "Friend bayan" (Kurgan, 2012). Also he is a bronze medalist of IX Youth Delphic Games (Moscow, 2010).

                In 2015 he graduated from the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music with honors (class of M. Burlakov).

During his education at the Academy, Grigory became the laureate of international competitions: «Citta di Castelfidardo» (2012, Italy - III prize), «Citta di Lanciano» (2012, Italy - III prize), International Competition named after M.M.Ippolitov-Ivanov (2012, Moscow - I Prize), 51 International competition in Klingenthal (Germany, 2014 - III prize)

                At present - the master student of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music (class of professor F. Lips)

The musician has toured in Germany, Poland, Kazakhstan, Israel, Italy, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Bulgaria and Russia.

Performs in concert halls of Moscow - Great  and Rachmaninov Halls of the Moscow Conservatory, Small and Concert hall of the Gnesin Academy of music, Central House of Writers, etc.

Collaborates with various orchestras such as the chamber orchestra "Soloists of Moscow" (conductor Yuri BASHMET),  State Academic Russian Folk Ensemble "Russia" named after  L. Zykina, Chamber orchestra of the Gnesin Academy of music, chamber orchestra of the State Classical Academy  named after Maimonides, the orchestra "Baltika-tremolo" (Latvia), Vogtland Symphony orchestra (Germany), chamber choir of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, Russian Folk Orchestra Phiharmonic Kuzbass and others.

In 2015, he began to teach at the department "Orchestral folk instrument" of the Ippolitov-Ivanov musical pedagogical institute in Moscow.
